Exhibitions on non-American themes include: Kratky Film: The Art of Czechoslovak Animation (1991) and India: Contemporary Art from Northeastern Private Collections (2002). After retirement from Rutgers University, Jeffrey Wechsler has continued to be active in independent curatorial work. Recent museum exhibitions include “Many Visions, Many Versions: Art from indigenous Communities in India”, traveling exhibition for International Art and Artists, joint curatorship, 2017; “Collage: Other Dimensions”, Center for Contemporary Art, Bedminster, New Jersey (2019); and “The National Association of Women Artists: Then & Now”, The Monmouth Museum, Lincroft, New Jersey (2022).
