Fu Qiumeng Fine Art is a New York-based art space. By offering a unique perspective on the relationship between artistic creation and the collecting of art, it serves as an interdisciplinary research and development platform at the interface of art, business, and society.

In the realm of global contemporary art, Fu Qiumeng Fine Art aims to reposition Asia contemporary art. It primarily focuses on the breaking down of the bifurcation between traditional aesthetics and contemporary art and on the reconfiguration of the cultural division between East and West. We believe that this will help us retrace the past, envision the future, and, most importantly, redefine the present.

With the aim of encouraging curatorial research and enriching gallery interns’ working experience, our Internship Project provides deserving interns the necessary resources to realize an innovative project at Fu Qiumeng Fine Art. We offer various forms of mentor support to our selected interns. This includes opening up the gallery archive, connecting our interns with relevant artists or art professionals, as well as other kinds of support necessary for the completion of the project.

In the spring 2021, Fu Qiumeng Fine Art initiated its first internship project. By creating a uniqe online exhibition, the gallery seeks to explore various possibilities of a digital platform, and bring new visual experience to our audiences.

We are looking for interns who can start immediately and make a commitment of two to three days per week. Interns are unpaid positions, but school credit can be arranged. Please submit a brief cover letter and a resume to info@lou.zbq.mybluehost.me with the job title in the subject line. Please include your availability, start date, and one writing sample or portfolio.
